Create and Manage Campaigns
All 10DLC traffic must be registered with The Campaign Registry. This guide will break down how to use TCR to set up a Brand entity, a Campaign underneath that brand, and how to link these registrations to Telgorithm
Create a Brand in TCR
A Brand refers to a company that wishes to send messages to their recipients. Each of your users can be thought of as a Brand within the TCR ecosystem. A Brand can be created in TCR via this interface. You will need to collect the business details of your user, including:
Legal Company Name
DBA name (if different than above)
Tax ID or EIN
Company Address
Company Web presence
Brand Contact Details
TCR performs an automated Brand verification upon submission. Typically a Brand will get verified within the same business day
Note that an online presence or website is required for 10DLC messaging. For a small business, social media presence can suffice.
Create a Campaign under a Brand
A Campaign is the specific reason for which a company is contacting end users. Use cases can be things like sending 2FA codes, notifying users about account updates, or sending promotional offers to customers. A Campaign can be registered under multiple use cases, or multiple Campaigns can be created for different use cases of the business. Create a campaign here. The Campaign Registry structures submissions as follows:
Use Case Selection
Select the associated Brand
Select the messaging channel
Select the Use Case(s) for the campaign
Different vetting rules apply to different Use Cases. Marketing Campaigns require express written consent from end users before they can be contacted. Special Use Cases are not recommended for most users, so contact us at support@telgorithm.com before registering one.
Carrier Terms
By default all carriers are selected. Make note of certain MNO limits; T-Mobile and AT&T place throughput limits on outbound messaging. Telgorithm automatically tracks these limits and queues messages via our Smart Queuing feature

By electing Telgorithm as the CNP, we can automatically retrieve the submission and work with the DCA to get it vetted. Make sure to complete this step to finalize campaign registration
Once a campaign has been submitted, it can take up to 2 business days for our upstream partners to verify the information provided. You can monitor the status of the application in TCR's portal or in the Telgorithm dashboard. When the campaign is fully verified, you can attach a number to it and start sending messages. For information on how to provision and attach phone numbers, see our guide here: Provisioning Phone Numbers
